I had a great experience with Accurate Total Auto Care while trying to solve an ongoing issue with my 2018 Dodge Journey. Before bringing it to Accurate, I had already been through a frustrating process with other shops. A Fayetteville dealership quoted me over $8,000 for a transmission, and another shop in Lowell charged me well over $1,000 to replace the PCM, which ended up not being needed.

Accurate Total Auto Care took a completely different approach. Chris, the manager, was very easy to talk to and made the whole process feel much less stressful. He listened, communicated clearly, and treated the situation seriously.

Donovan, the service technician who worked on my Journey, did an absolutely amazing job with what turned out to be a very complex internal engine issue. Instead of just throwing expensive guesses at the vehicle, he took the time to actually diagnose the problem and get to the real cause.

After dealing with costly misdiagnoses elsewhere, it was a huge relief to find a shop that was honest, thorough, and focused on getting it right. I really appreciate the work Chris, Donovan, and the team at Accurate Total Auto Care did for me.
